What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, rescheduling is subject to availability.

What do i need to have available before you arrive?

I need access to power and water (hot water in winter) and somewhere out of the weather (shade/shelter/garage) for the comfort and safety of your fur baby

Do you require proof of vaccinations?

No. But be aware that I work with multiple dogs every day. I do not wash puppies in the hydrobath until they have had all their vaccinations, however if they need a wash, I am happy to use your laundry.

My dog has special needs

If your dog has special needs, such as an injury, arthritis, trauma or is a bit grumpy, please contact me to discuss your options, I will try to meet the needs of all dogs, young or old, mini or giant
